Emergency Utility Assistance

Kirk Care provides emergency utility assistance on a limited basis when funds are available. To qualify, clients must have a current utility disconnection notice. Approved clients are expected to pay a portion of the amount due, with Kirk Care funds helping to cover the remaining balance.
